Do you manage the whole project, including council applications?

Yes we do. In fact, with the exception of the Stratco Outback range of verandahs, pergolas and carports (that are designed and fabricated at Stratco) - we manage the whole process from design to installation, including manufacture of your customised design in our modern workshop using our own steel supplies. 

This means that we do not source outside suppliers to supply the steel or fabricate your project. This  provides you with great savings, and allows us to provide excellent quality control.

How long will it take to complete?

After we've drawn up your design, we submit it for council approval. The time it takes for council approval varies according to their workloads, but is usually between 4 to 8 weeks. Once we've received approval we then fabricate your design and try to have it installed within five weeks. For customers wanting installation before summer and Christmas, we advise that it's best to submit designs to council before the end of September to allow sufficient time for approval, fabrication and installation.
